Is there a way of making art that feels good in its making? Participants from 42nd Street believe so. A space covered entirely with paper combined with a drum kit allows a blank canvas for creativity.
Participants took control to reflect on the struggles of growing up, isolation, bullying and the impact of Covid-19. Action was taken to destroy these negative bullying comments and other struggles through creating something colourful and unique. The room was open to 42nd Street young people during 'The Future Is Ours Festival' to continue to add further actions and is also used as a space for additional workshops, photoshoots and a office space for the creative producer of the Horsfall!
